1. Can Kinetic Reactor be installed on any faucet?Kinetic Reactor can be installed on M22 and M24 batteries, which are the most common battery sizes.
The UVINNECO product can be installed on almost any faucet. The UVINNECO product can be installed on 96% of all faucets currently on the market. Adapters for dimensions M22, M20, M18 (internal thread) and M24, M20 M18 (external thread) are included with the product.

2. Does the product also have filter inserts that need to be regularly replaced?
The product does not require water filters or cartridges. However, we recommend replacing the kinetic cartridge once a year.
3. What is the product warranty or expiration date?
The product warranty is 2 years, and the Kinetic Reactor cartridge must be replaced every year for proper functioning.
4. Will UVINNECO kill all bacteria and viruses in water?
No product can guarantee 100% destruction of viruses and bacteria. UVINNECO significantly reduces the risk of contamination of drinking water. If all the conditions for proper operation are met, UVINNECO can remove up to 99% of bacteria and viruses present in water.

5. How is UVINNECO installed?Very easily, like any classic faucet end. In addition to the product, the package also includes assembly instructions.

6. How many liters of water can UVINNECO clean?
UVINNECO consists of two technologies, from which UVC sterilization cleans approximately 90,000 liters of water. The Kinetic Reactor can withstand approximately 45,000 liters of water.
7. Do I need a battery or a charger to provide an electric energy to the product?
It does not require a battery or power supply. UVINNECO has a built-in microturbine, which drives the water flow itself and produces electricity for the needs of the UVC / UVA diode.
8. How much chlorine does your product remove from the water?
The UVINNECO product removes up to 80% of chlorine from water and at the same time increases its efficiency.
9. Does UVINNECO remove fluoride from water?
First of all, fluorine is much more reactive than chlorine. Fluorine requires more ionization energy than chlorine. It is difficult to degas it from water. Even an activated carbon filter does not remove it from the water. The UVINNECO product reduces the content of fluorine by up to 18% and chlorine by up to 80%.
10. What is the lifetime of the UVINNECO product and what are the maintenance costs?
The lifetime of UVINNECO is 2 years, and we recommend replacing the Kinetic insert after one year. The price of the Kinetic insert is 49 euros.
11. Does UVINNECO remove heavy metals from water?
The UVINNECO product reduces and neutralizes heavy metals in water from 40% to 80%, depending on the type of metal.
12. Does the Kinetic Reactor reduce limescale?
Yes, Kinetic Reactor reduces limescale. It changes the excretion of limescale in the aragonite form and does not allow the excretion in the calcite form. Aragonite is also kinder to our body and has a positive effect.
13. Does the Kinetic Reactor Shower reduce limescale?
Yes. By degassing the free CO2, the Kinetic Reactor Shower slightly transforms the limescale into aragonite and the deposits that appear as a result are easy to wipe off with an ordinary cloth without chemicals.

14. Does the Kinetic Reactor Shower have a good effect on the skin?
The Kinetic Reactor Shower is a shower with integrated technology that cleans water in a natural physical way. Showering with the Kinetic Reactor Shower has a very beneficial effect on the skin and scalp. One of the major causes of skin irritation is chlorine in the water and irregular jets in most showers. The combination of water with chlorine also strips the skin of its natural oils, which can make it dry and itchy. With the built-in ITR technology, we prevent skin irritation with too strong jets of water
15. Can Kinetic Reactor Shower be installed on any faucet?
Kinetic Reactor Shower is adapted for any shower faucet that has a classic flexible shower hose. Installation is very easy, it is necessary to remove the classic shower with a 1/2" thread and easily install the Kinetic shower, which is also a 1/2" external thread.
16. Does the Kinetic Reactor Shower prevent Legionella in the water?
Kinetic Reactor Shower does not prevent Legionella in the water.
17. Is the Kinetic Reactor Shower suitable for all types of water heaters?
Kinetic Reactor Shower is suitable for all water heaters.
18. Can the product be installed on faucets with a circulation water heater that is located in the kitchen under the sink?
The installation of our product is suitable for faucets connected to pressure water heaters. However, it's not compatible with low-pressure water heaters, such as those typically found under the sink.

19. Does the Kinetic Reactor Shower save water?
Kinetic Reactor Shower saves water consumption and the nominal flow rate is 12 l/min. The dispersion of water from the ITR technology allows us to be comfortable when showering and does not give us the feeling of reduced water flow. With the Kinetic Reactor Shower product, we save up to 40% of water.
